Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BioTalk account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
